Pure White

Hoje inspirei-me na Lana del Rey, a cantora Norte-Americana que apareceu do nada e tem dado que falar. Pessoalmente gosto muito da música, não sei bem explicar mas remete-me para o 'american dream' nos anos 80. Já a forma de Lana se vestir indica o gosto dela pela roupa usada há 30 anos atrás. E como sabemos, hoje em dia o 'vintage' está em alta! Ela veste o que gosta e não segue tendências.
Escolhi propositadamente peças 'all white' porque penso que tal como o preto, nunca fica mal. Quem de nós não tem pelo menos uma camisa/vestido branco? São peças 'clássicas' e simples que nunca se encontram desactualizadas.

Today, my inspiration is Lana del Rey, American singer/songwriter that appeared out of nowhere and is having everyone talking about her.
Personally I love her music, I can't explain it very well but I guess it takes me to the 'american dream' of the 80's. Even the way she dresses shows her taste that goes back 30 years. And as we know it, 'vintage' is on top nowadays! She wears whatever she likes and doesn't go with fashion.
I chose the 'all white' pieces intencionally because just like the black, you can never go wrong. Who doesn't have at least one white blouse/dress? Those are 'classics' and simple that never go out of fashion.

Aqui ficam os meus looks favoritos dos Grammy’s de ontem à noite (Adele, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Gwyneth Paltrow e Ciara com um look mais ‘relax’) sem dúvida alguma que o meu favorito de sempre é o da Rihanna, um vestido com um decote fantástico e um corte nas costas muito feminino! É uma combinação entre a sua sensualidade com um toque de elegância. Como se diz, ‘You can never go wrong with black’! Inevitavelmente, a noite desta 54.ª edição dos Grammy’s ficou marcada pela morte de Whitney Houston, falecida no sábado. Na sua carreira, a cantora norte-americana também deixou a sua marca, ao conquistar um total de seis prémios Grammy.

I'm showing you my favorite looks at the Grammy's of yesterday night (Adele, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ciara with a 'relax' look) without any doubt I can say that Rihanna's look is my favorite, a dress with a great neckline and the deep cut out back that is very feminine! It's a mixture of her sensuality and a little touch of elegance. Like they say, 'You can never go wrong with black'! Inevitably, the night of the 54th edition of the Grammy's was marked by the recent death of Whitney Houston, deceased on saturday. In her career, the North-American singer also left her mark by winning a total of six Grammy awards.

Pode ser combinado com roupa bem quentinha no Inverno e no Verão só com um vestidinho e fica perfeito!
Gostei da combinação do verde menta com cores 'nude' como o branco e o beige mas penso que pode ser combinado também com cores 'neon' para uma aposta mais atrevida!

You can use it with warm clothes in the Winter and in the summer you only need a dress and you're ready to go!
I loved the combination mint green and  'nude' like white and cream but if you want to dare a little more you can use it with 'neon' colors!

Ando com uma enorme vontade de usar muitas cores para contradizer esta vaga de frio que se tem fixado no nosso pais e não só!

I'm having a great desire to wear lots of colours to fight this cold weather that has been passing trough our country and others!
